The registration is an agreement between the registering member and the named company 'Thats The Fella Promotions,'

The registered Member must take responsibility for all advertisements submitted under their membership including any associated payments for such advertisements.

Personal information supplied by registering members will be kept strictly secure and confidential in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be copied, shared, sold, disclosed or issued to any third party without the explicit consent of the registered member.

The Administrator of Thats The Fella Local Classified Ads reserves the right and without notice to refuse or terminate any registration which is considered not to be in the best interest of the company.

We reserves the right at any time and without prior notification to suspend or terminate any registration membership found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

Members who have their advertisements and or registration suspended or terminated may loose all benefits in full afforded by this website for that period no matter how gained including members active ads, bonuses, free ad weeks and all advertisement rights.

Advertisements

All advertisements submitted must be lawful and not offend common decency. Any advertisement contravening the terms & conditions will be removed on detection at the discretion of the Administrator.

No weapons of any kind shall be advertised on this website.

Advertisements may appear from time to time which do not conform to the terms and conditions. We will endeavour to closely monitor and deal with such adverisements at the earliest opportunity.

Members shall ensure that their advertisement description inclusive of any supporting pictures/images are true and accurate and are not misleading in any way.

The price stated by members for an item or service within an advertisement shall be the full asking price with no hidden extras and shall be inclusive of any VAT (if applicable).

Copied material (text/images/photos) used in any advertisement must not contravene copyright law and should have the explicit consent for use from the owner of such copied material.

No reference to any third party should be made without the full consent of that third party.

Advertisers must complete the quick and easy free registeration and sign in to place advertisements and or interact with this website.

Members submitting advertisements are agreeing to use this website as a platform only to advertise and in accepting the terms and conditions are also agreeing not to misuse the site in any way.

Advertisement Categories & Administration Adjustment

When placing advertisements members should ensure that the category selected is the appropriate category for the item advertised.

Members maliciously submitting advertisements under an incorrect category or status or misusing the site in any way may be subject to an administration charge which will be added to their control console account and charged at the next ad submission stage.

Payment For Advertisements Submitted

Advertisement costs will to be in line with the ad pricing menu at the time of the advertisements submission and will be valid from submission to the full advertisement period chosen, this includes members changing the status of the advertisement to sold or withdrawn or deleting advertisements during the full advertisiement default period.

The price menu is accessible to signed in members via the price menu links.

The cost of advertisements will be automatically generated from the available sites advertising options chosen by members in line with the ad menu pricing structure at the time of the ad submission.

The method of payment for submitting chargeable advertisements is payment in full by credit or debit card via Pay Pal at advertisement submission stage.

Items Sold or No Longer Available
|

It is the members sole responsibility to change their advertisement status from running to withdrawn by removing the listing through the Delete option in My Account>Active Listings, this action will avoid further unwanted enquiries or interest should the item for sale or services offered be no longer available from the advertiser.

To keep the site operating to its maximum potential all finished and unwanted advertisements should be deleted from the members control panal at the earliest opportunity.

Ad Charges And Refunds

It is recommended that members check the ad pricing menu before selecting any of the available advertising options.

Members can check the selections within the ad pricing menu and or in the ad pad price table prior to submitting their advertisements. All additional advertisement options are reversible within the ad pads prior to submitting each advertisement.

If a payment fails to be fully completed for any reason after submitting an advertisement the member shall be fully responsible for those payments including any charges to recover any outstanding debt associated with this web site.

Refunds or credits may be offered by the company as part of our fair play policy. If you have a claim for a refund or credit you are advised to keep all documented evidence for such a claim in order that we can fulfil our companies statutory obligations.
